When Castle Management Ltd (CML) was incorporated, the principle driver was recognition that, in the face of difficult economic conditions, it is more critical than ever to have a strong grip on operational management, marketing and finance. This is particularly so in the hotel and leisure industry. With more than 30 years’ experience of luxury domestic and international hotel and restaurant operations, assignments have included business turnaround, management re-structuring, managing change, large project management, pre-opening, marketing reviews and implementing internal controls and SOPs.

  

 Recognizing the challenges that all businesses face, we use our expertise and resources to provide a comprehensive operations and financial foundation for our clients. Put simply, we are driven by the need to develop and protect our customers' businesses.

  

We provide clients with business management advice, training and support. Initially we conduct an intensive across the business review and audit of policies, systems and controls and this will highlight areas requiring attention. This can be a standalone assignment but we prefer to be an active partner in implementing the corrective action plans.
